What’s WASD Gold all about?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, chances are you’ve seen the rapid rise in popularity for esports over the past few years. Our role in all of this is to equip aspiring gamers with the gear to go out there and pursue this as a career. We know that the costs of PC peripherals are ridiculous at times, so we strive to offer them at an affordable price for the everyday person.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on which product(s) you choose and which country you’d like it delivered to. We like to be straight up with our customers, so we state the estimated delivery time before a completing a purchase.
My order arrived but it was damaged or incomplete.
Our keyboards and mice all come with a warranty that you’ll find in the “General Details” tab of each item in the Products section. If your warranty is still valid, get in touch via the Contact Us section and we'll sort it out.
How can I track my order?
This here is why we require an email address when making a purchase. Once your order has been despatched, we’ll flick you an email to give you all the details. If you have any questions after that, we’re always here to help.
Can you ship products anywhere?
We ship to most countries, however we’re not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

What is your returns policy?
